The guest-list form collects your name, email address, stay interest, and any optional message you provide. The homeowner inquiry form collects your name, email address, and any optional property address you provide. The site also uses Google Analytics 4 and privacy-conscious site analytics to understand visits and page usage.

We use form submissions to reply to you, manage the pre-launch guest list, discuss future availability, or respond to a homeowner inquiry. We use aggregate site analytics to understand which pages help visitors plan a Charleston trip. We do not present the guest list as a confirmed reservation.

Form submissions are stored in Stay Holy City's website database and may trigger an internal notification to the site owner. Service providers that operate the website, database, notifications, or analytics may process information for those limited functions. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email hello@stayholycity.com. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.
